We will check your refrigerant levels and add more if there has been some loss since our last visit. Depending on your particular heat pump make and model, we will either clean the air filters or replace them. A heat pump that is getting clean air will operate more efficiently and last longer.

Because they are crucial to the overall function of your heat pump system, we want to make sure they are clean and free from debris. Cleaning them using our professional tools and techniques will allow them to cool and heat your home more efficiently, reducing strain on the whole system. 

After completing these steps, we'll perform a series of performance checks to ensure your heat pump meets our high standards. These checks verify proper airflow, confirm that temperature levels match thermostat settings, and assess the performance of electrical components. Additionally, we'll lubricate any noisy parts and check for any signs of leaks.
