Originally had a contract with Air Con but they merged and Champion took over the service contract I had. Technician came out and did an exceptional job of checking my system and providing me great year round easy to do maintenance that I can do to keep my systems in tip top shape. Thank you for continuing the outstanding service! Great and knowledgeable technicians. Great customer service. Arrival when they are scheduled to (that’s a big one we all know of!) Will recommend!!

Our service representative, Lakota, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, fully explained the repairs to be made and the cost, worked quickly, was mindful of our pets and when the work was complete, he gave us a thorough evaluation of our unit going forward. We were very impressed with his professionalism.

Champion & Nash’s tech, Noe, not only provided excellent service, he took the time to explain everything he did. He was patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was so pleased with his attention to detail and willingness to understand and address my concerns that I sighed up for yearly maintenance with Champion & Nash.

Champion and Nash contacted me to make sure we received the yearly service check that was part of our monthly membership with AirCon and that it didn’t slip through the cracks with the merger.
